High Rate Manufacturing of Fire, Smoke and Toxicity Rated Composites
Trimer Technologies has developed a breakthrough thermosetting resin platform that enables the high-rate manufacture of fiber-reinforced composites while achieving fire, smoke, and toxicity (FST) performance traditionally associated with phenolic materials. This presentation will highlight how these rapidly curing resin systems support scalable manufacturing processes—including pultrusion, compression molding, and automated composites manufacturing—to produce lightweight, high-performance structures for aerospace, infrastructure, mass transit, and other demanding applications requiring stringent FST compliance.
